Military Locator & Reunion Service, Inc is a full service reunion management company with 17 years of experience in planning and managing military reunions. To sum it up--we do everything--our slogan "Our Reunions Work, So You Don't Have To" says it all. For example: 

• We submit reunion notices to all of the major veterans publications, and to over 500 newspaper nationwide. This is one of the ways we use to locate additional members of your group.

• We negotiate all hotel, tour, meal and entertainment contracts, pay the deposits and after it is all over, we pay the bills.

• We compile everything into an easy-to-read registration packet. These packets detail all reunion activities, including an itinerary, and a registration form to be used by the attendees to chose their reunion option, and other pertinent information.

At least one rep from ML&RS, Inc attends and manages every reunion, handling registration, insuring all reunion functions take place when, where and how they should, and serves as a liaison between the group and the service providers.

• We maintain your hospitality room, keeping it stocked with coffee, soft drinks and snacks.  

• We maintain your groups database, making additions, and changes as necessary.  We keep track of returned mail, add new names, and keep the mailing list current with USPS discount mail regulations. We also store additional data about your group members and use this information to create a wonderful memory book after each reunion. Our databases are kept secure and copies of the mailing list are only released to former crewmembers. 

• We do not have vendors at our reunions, soliciting your business and money--we do our own photography, provide our own memorabilia, etc. Once you register at the reunion, you are not hit every way you turn for another couple of dollars.

• For many of our reunion groups, we provide a quarterly newsletter during the year to keep the membership abreast of who's doing what, plans for the next reunion, new members added, etc. 

• Hotels also benefit from the services we provide. The possibility of repeat business makes them more willing to negotiate prices and amenities. It is much easier for the hotel to receive one accurate rooming list, have one person to deal with on site, and have one final bill to settle at the conclusion of your reunion. Since we do not receive commissions or kick-backs from hotels or any other service provider, we are able to negotiate the lowest possible rate for your group.

• There is no charge to the association for our services. A registration fee is charged to everyone who attends the reunion. The fee is based on the number of days and activities a person participates in.
